When to seek urgent care
Know which symptoms should bypass AI screening and receive urgent medical care.

Do not wait for AI screening if you notice
- heavy or rapid bleeding
- spreading redness, warmth, swelling, pus, or fever
- severe pain
- a rapidly worsening wound
- feeling seriously unwell
Book clinician review for concerning changes
Some concerns may not be emergencies but still deserve clinician review:
- a lesion that changes size, shape, color, or symptoms
- a sore that does not heal
- repeated bleeding or crusting
- a spot that looks unlike your other spots
- a lesion that worries you
